At Beraishis, every piece we create is crafted specifically for you, ensuring a unique and high-quality print. Due to the custom nature of our business, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or with a defect, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for any item that is faulty.
To file a claim:
- Email us at team@beraishis.com with your order number.
- Include a photo of the damaged or defective product.
- We will assess your request and respond within 3 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing
- Unwanted gifts
Order Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. Please double-check your order before submitting it.
