1. What is Beraishis?

Beraishis creates modern, bold, and playful Jewish art that blends meaning and beauty. Our digitally-crafted art is designed to elevate the home, enrich the soul, and add a touch of fun creativity to any space.

2. What is the quality of the prints?

Our prints are of the highest possible quality, for both poster and canvas, even when viewed up close.

Our posters are museum-quality made of thick matte paper. Each poster is printed with multicolor, water-based inkjet printing technique that yields a beautiful result.

Many of our products are also available in multiple sizes and frame colors. Make sure to measure your space and choose the size and style that best fits your needs!

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Since all of our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please double-check your order details before submitting. For more information, please see our Return Policy.

4. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

If your item is damaged or defective, please email us (team@beraishis.com) within 7 days of receiving it with a description and photos of the issue. We will assess your claim and offer a replacement or refund. 

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

All of our products are made to order, so processing times may vary. Typically, orders are processed within 3-5 business days, with shipping times of 5-10 days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

6. Do you ship internationally?

As of now, we only offer shipping within the US. We do have plans to offer international shipping soon. If you live outside the US and would like to place an order, please reach out to us at team@beraishis.com.

7. Do you do custom sizes or commissions?

We offer art in various sizes and styles, depending on the item. If you see a piece you like but want a custom size, please email us at team@beraishis.com. 

If you are interested in a custom piece for your space, please email us with details of your request and we'll assess what we can do!

8. Do you sell wholesale or to commercial clients?

9. How do I care for my canvas or framed poster?

To keep your art looking its best:

  • Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Dust regularly with a soft cloth.
  • For framed pieces, avoid using water or glass cleaner directly on the frame.
